Sharing and PC access

I tried to share my data base with my colleague but she's still unable to have access to it (the link is always a dead end despite many attempts). So I tried to install Mendeley logiciel on my PC. But it doesn't accept my password (that enable me to have access to my internet account). I uninstalled it several time with no change. How can I resolve these problems ? Thanks a lot
