Hi!
I am new to Mendeley. The registration was completed yesterday. But I haven't been able to log in Mendeley Desktop yet. The message was "There was a temporary problem connecting to Mendeley. Please try again later. Details: Connection refused." By default, there was no proxy in proxy settings. So I tried changing to institute's wifi/lan proxy settings. Then the message was "An error occurred when contacting Mendeley. Details:Host api.mendeley.com not found." Also, the support page is not available to me! Please help me with this issue.
