I have installed the Mendeley Word 2010 plugin several times (install, uninstall, install, uninstall, restart Mendeley, restart Word, in every possible order) and still the plugin does not show up in the 'references' tab. I also tried to look up the plugin in the list via the steps mentioned in other answers to this similar question, but I cannot find the plugin in any way in any list (maybe I'm looking at the wrong place since the buttons are named slightly different in my Dutch Word version, but I have checked all the lists). Also I cannot click anywhere to somehow activate any plugin (or deactivate for that matter), so I really don't know how to get the plugin working for me. I have installed the plugin via 'tools' in Mendeley, and every time it says that the plugin is installed succesfully.
How can I get the plugin to work?
