Citing same document twice

Hi, It was appearing in my document that when I cite same article twice in my document,both of them give names of all authors. Instead, I wanted only the first citation to have all authors names. Second citation shpouls normally have first authors' name and ends with "et al" I am using APA 6 edition citation style
