hello there !!
I have been trying since yesterday to upload my files to mendeley database. but everytime I lick on the desktop icon of Mendeley, on the home page of it i get a list of my files which when i click on sync tab show progress initially for few minutes as 10/35 then i get the following msg:
There was an error processing your request. It has been logged (ID 247cd32992a3b7bc). - upload progress: 3472947 of 3472947. Error ID: EyhjJLxqW5o
Also neither am i getting the mendeley citation option in the references tab of my word doc.
Kindly help me out.
