I'm a librarian at Ithaca College and provide quite a bit of instruction on using Mendeley to health sciences students. Whenever I teach a class there are always a few students who encounter the message "Oops there seems to be a problem" when creating an account. Refreshing the browser; closing the browser and opening again; or waiting a few minute seems to fix the issue, but not always. Do you have a sense of why this might happen and any ideas that I can try as this can slow things down in the classroom (and likely cause the students unnecessary anxiety).
