Bibliography

Hi, I have a list of references in a word document that I want to format as a Bibliography (I want it on ABNT style) with a help from Mendeley. But I can't understand how can I use Mendeley if the references are not files but only references listed. Can Mendeley help me to put all the references I have listed formatted correctly? I mean, I don't have all the PDF/word/etc files of each book or article, so I won't add them to Mendeley. I just wanted to put my bibliography in the right padron/format/style. Also, I still don't know how to include references that are not files into my library. How can Mendeley help me with my list of book/article references that I still haven't found as digital articles? (some of them are not available in digital file, so how will I create my bibliography with them?) Can I bring the list from my word doc to Mendeley?? Thanks!
